烹餁日誌 | 薑汁蛋白燉鮮奶 | 簡單易做自家甜品

材料:(2碗)
蛋白 3隻
鮮奶 350ml
糖 40g
薑汁 20g

做法:

  1. 鮮奶融入糖以慢火加熱至溶,待涼備用;
  2. 蛋白及薑汁拌勻;
  3. 鮮奶慢慢拌入蛋白中;
  4. 過濾傾入碗內,蓋上可受熱保鮮紙;
  5. 煲滾水,先用中火加蓋蒸5分鐘,再轉中小火蒸、8-10分鐘至熟(用竹籤插入測試,沒有蛋漿黏住即可),移走保鮮紙即可食用。
